Why Thrive 55+?
My Thrive 55+ program is designed specifically for individuals ages 55 and up, helping you stay healthy, active, and confident. Our training focus can range from making daily activities easier, such as standing up and moving comfortably to building strength and power for your golf swing and other hobbies you love.
Engaging in exercise as you age is incredibly important and helps keep you healthy and strong. Regular strength training greatly improves bone density which reduces the risk of broken or fractured bone from a fall while simultaneously enhancing balance, coordination, heart health, joint mobility, and stamina to keep you doing the things you love. In addition to this, individuals that engage in weekly strength training will see significant improvements in their abilities to perform activities of daily life (ADL) such as climbing stairs, making the bed, and even getting dressed or taking a shower.
My programs are safe, effective, and most importantly, tailored to you. Together we can ensure you are progressing at a comfortable pace while staying challenged and engaged. We offer personalized 1:1 coaching calls designed to keep you focused, motivated, and progressing toward your goals. It's a dedicated time to ask questions, overcome obstacles, and stay accountable—ensuring your fitness journey is as effective and personalized as possible.
