My Story
Hello, I'm Braeden, a dedicated personal trainer with a passion for helping individuals achieve their dream bodies and unlock their potential. I believe that everyone has the capacity for greatness, and sometimes, all it takes is a little guidance to get there. That's where I come in.
I developed a strong foundation in fitness through different sports from a young age. When I was in the 8th grade, I had to start going to morning workouts for football and was exposed to weightlifting for the first time. By the time I was a sophomore, I would go on to spend the rest of my high school years either on the baseball field, at the basketball court or at the gym. After graduating from high school, my focus transitioned from athletics to weightlifting, which sparked my deep interest in exercise physiology. This passion led me to pursue a degree in Exercise Science at the University of Alabama, where I combined my athletic background with my newfound academic knowledge to deepen my understanding of the human body and physical performance.
During my time at Alabama, I started teaching friends how to work out, which eventually led to me getting a job as a Personal Trainer at the University Recreation Center. This hands-on experience allowed me to refine my skills and apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting. Later, I expanded my expertise by joining Alabama Athletics' Strength & Conditioning department. There, I played a role in developing and implementing training plans for various sports teams, gaining invaluable insights into the nuances of effective training.
These experiences have shaped my training philosophy, which emphasizes personalized, science-based approaches tailored to each individual's needs and goals.
